DX Group rises on settling claim with Tuffnells

** Shares of British mail, courier and logistics company DX
Group  DXDX.L  up as much as 2% at 26 pence
    ** Co says it reached full and final settlement with
Tuffnells Parcels Express Limited regarding a claim on
confidential competitor information obtained by DX 
    ** Co said in February its internal investigation found some
employees obtained competitor information in exchange of payment
    ** Stock down 4.6% YTD, as of last close
