DX Group

("DX" or "the Group")

Opens two additional new 2-Man Supersites

DX, a leading provider of delivery solutions, including parcel freight, secure
courier, 2-Man, and logistics services, is pleased to announce the expansion
of its 2-Man division with the opening of two additional new Supersites in the
North West and London.

The two locations based in Middleton (North West) and Heathrow (London) takes
the total number of 2-Man Supersites across the UK to eight. The Supersites
were introduced to support continued growth in the DX Freight 2-Man division,
which specialises in delivering larger and heavier consumer goods to customers
including room of choice, be that home, office or garden.

DX 2-Man has one of the largest 2-Man home delivery network in the industry,
with a main hub based in Willenhall and 19 dedicated depots, including the
eight Supersites. DX 2-Man also has a dedicated fleet operating over 100 daily
routes and employs in excess of 350 colleagues.

The 2-Man Supersite network improves operational efficiencies, reduces stem
mileage, carbon emissions and enhances customer service levels, a key focus
for the Group. The DX Freight operation remains a key area of growth for the
Group and further capital investment is planned over the remainder of the year
to support this.

Paul Ibbetson, Chief Executive Officer of DX Group commented,

"We are delighted to have opened the two additional new DX 2-Man Supersites in
Middleton and Heathrow. They will provide our 2-Man operations with greater
capacity, further increase capability and get us closer to our customers'
customers in these areas. It also helps to make us more efficient and reduces
our stem mileage, which in turn will lower our overall carbon emissions. We
continue to focus on setting market-leading service standards.

"We have invested significantly in our depot network over the past few years
and will continue this programme across the Group, including IT, vehicles and
equipment."

DX is a well-established provider of a wide range of delivery services to both
business and residential addresses across the UK and Ireland. First
established in 1975 as a Document Exchange service to the legal sector, DX now
provides one of the widest ranges of overnight delivery services in the

confidential documents and valuable packages to large, awkward-to-handle
freight, unsuitable for automated conveyor.

The Group operates through two divisions, DX Freight and DX Express.

· DX Freight comprises DX 1-Man, and Logistics/2-Man, with the Division
being only one of a small number of operators that provides an overnight
delivery service for irregular dimension and weight freight ("IDW").

· DX Express comprises DX Parcels and DX Exchange and Mail, with the
Division specialising in the express delivery, including pre-9am, of parcels
and documents.
