New depot opening in Preston

DX, a leading provider of delivery solutions, including parcel freight, secure
courier, 2-Man and logistics services, is pleased to announce the opening of a
new depot in Preston, Lancashire. This depot is part of the continuing
expansion of the Group's Parcels business, which operates within the DX
Express division, and offers highly secure, tracked deliveries to businesses
and consumers.

The new depot provides additional capacity for the Group's Parcels network in
the North-West. Located on a 1.4 acre site on the Preston Industrial Estate.
It has excellent transport links, with easy access to both the M6 and M65
motorways. The depot's opening will reduce stem mileage, carbon emissions,
improve operational efficiencies and enhance customer service levels, a key
focus for the Group.

This latest opening takes the total number of depots in the DX Express network
to 41, with eight being opened in 2023. This forms part of the ongoing capital
investment programme in the business, which underpins management's plans to
continue driving the Group's growth and development.

Paul Ibbetson, Chief Executive Officer of DX Group, commented:

"We are pleased to add this new depot in Preston to our DX Express division as
part of our continued investment in the business. The new depot will enhance
our position in the North-West, increasing the capacity and capability of our
Parcels operation. It will deliver further efficiencies to our operations and
provide local customer service benefits, always a priority for the Group. It
will also lower carbon emissions by reducing stem mileage.

"We look forward to integrating this new depot into our existing network and
continually improving the service that we provide to our customers."

being only one of a small number of operators that provides an overnight
delivery service for irregular dimension and weight freight ("IDW").

Division specialising in the express delivery, including pre-9am, of parcels
and documents.
