Gatemore welcomes new Executive Chairman, withdraws EGM request

 

Gatemore Capital Management LLP ("Gatemore"), a 20% shareholder in DX Group
PLC ("the Company" or "DX"), welcomes today's announcement by DX, appointing
Mark Hammond to succeed Ron Series as Executive Chairman.

 

 

As a result of this appointment, which follows extensive private discussions
between Gatemore and the DX Board, Gatemore has withdrawn its request to
requisition an Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") of DX shareholders
announced on 26 October 2022.
