Notification of Director / PDMR Dealing

The Board of DXS International plc (the “Company”), the AQSE Growth Market
quoted clinical decision support developer and supplier of clinical decision
support systems confirms that the Placing Shares and the Stakeholder Shares
referred to in the Announcement of 17(th) May have this morning been admitted
to trading on the Aquis Stock Exchange.

As part of the Placing and Conversion of Debt Mr Bob Sutcliffe, the Chairman,
has been issued with 240,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company at the Placing
Price of 4p per share.

Following the transaction specified above Mr Sutcliffe has a beneficial
holding of 853,386 Ordinary Shares representing 1.33% of the issued share
capital of the Company.
