    ** Posts Q3 adj EBITDA of $166.8 mln vs est $126.7 mln
    ** Q3 earnings of $2.82/shr vs $1.8/shr a year earlier
    ** Company says completion of several projects and change in
an existing contract increased Q3 revenue
    ** Dycom sees Q4 adj core profit increasing by 75-125 basis
points year-over-year
