Dycom Industries rises as Q2 revenue beats estimates

** Shares of construction and engineering firm Dycom Industries
 DY.N  rise ~3% to $116 premarket
    ** DY's Q2 contract revenues jump 23.5% to $972.3 mln,
beating estimates of $932.7 mln, according to Refinitiv IBES

    ** Co's net income also rises to $43.9 mln, or $1.46/share,
from $18.2 mln, or 59 cents/share, a year earlier
    ** DY expects contract revenues for Q3 to increase in the
low- to mid-teens percentage range
    ** As of last close, stock had risen ~20% YTD
