    THE GLOBE AND MAIL
    Calgary-based Neo Financial Technologies has raised $360
million in its latest funding round which includes participation
from multiple Canadian entrepreneurs, such as Shopify  SHOP.TO 
CEO Tobi Lütke, former Slack CEO Stewart Butterfield and Roblox
 RBLX.N  CEO David Baszucki. 
    
    Geordie Rose, the co-founder of robotics company Sanctuary
AI, is leaving his role as chief executive officer, marking the
second high-profile leadership change this year at the startup.

    Dye & Durham  DND.TO  has rejected a notice by activist
shareholder Engine Capital to nominate an alternative slate of
directors at the company's Dec. 17 annual meeting on technical
grounds. 
    
     The Greater Vancouver Board of Trade has urged a new
federal commission to find durable solutions to reduce the
frequency of labour disputes at ports in British Columbia.
