    ** Stock currently up 17.6%
    ** Co gets contract worth 2.33 bln rupees (~$28 mln) from
National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD) 
    ** Trading vols over 3x 30-day avg
    ** Stock has surged 78% YTD after a ~76% climb in 2023
