** Co raises FY26 revenue forecast; now estimates it between $2.005 billion and $2.010 billion, from $1.985 billion to $1.995 billion earlier

** Announces new $1 billion share repurchase plan

** Reports a 16% rise in annual recurring revenue (ARR) to $1.97 billion in Q3

** Brokerage BTIG notes the co has had three consecutive quarters of more than 10% net new ARR growth, expects a fourth

** Stock fell nearly 44% in the past year
