** DT reports Q4 net income of $17.4 mln, vs. $39.3 mln reported in the same period last year

** Co says its Q4 rev rises 19% to $532 mln, beating analysts' avg est of $520.7 mln, according to data compiled by LSEG

** Up to last close, stock down ~9% this year
