    ** The medical device maker says board promoted Brian Baker
to the role of CEO on Sept 29 
    ** Baker appointment comes after former CEO, John Krier,
announced in May his intention to resign as CEO
    ** Krier will remain as an executive consultant and interim
CFO while co continues its search for a permanent CFO
    ** DYNT shares down 64.1% YTD
