$8.88, and Alpha and Omega Semiconductor's  AOSL.O  stock up
9.9% at $36.49 premarket as both cos set to join S&P SmallCap
600 index  .SPCY  next week
    ** Biotech DVAX to replace Bottomline Technologies  EPAY.O 
in SPCY effective Tues, May 17
    ** PE firm Thoma Bravo acquiring fintech EPAY in deal valued

    ** AOSL to replace Mimecast Ltd  MIME.O  prior to open of
trading on Thurs., May 19
    ** Email security firm MIME being taken private by Permira
in nearly $6 bln deal  urn:newsml:reuters.com:*:nL4N2SS31U
    ** Also, Independence Realty Trust Inc  IRT.N  being
elevated to S&P MidCap 400  .IDX  effective May 19
    ** DVAX's shares, down ~44% YTD, have $1 bln market cap, per
Refinitiv
    ** AOSL's stock has lost 45% in 2022 for roughly $900 mln
market value
    ** Shares of IRT off 13% YTD for about $5 bln market cap
