** Brokerage Stifel says that trial results from Avidity
Biosciences' RNA.O muscle wasting treatment is a positive
update for other such treatments
** Says RNA's decision to use video hand opening time (vHOT)
as the main goal for its late-stage trial is bullish for both
RNA and Dyne Therapeutics DYN.O as both companies have shown a
promising efficacy signal here
** In a vHOT test, patients with myotonic dystrophy type 1
(DM1) are asked to perform maximal handgrip for 5 seconds
followed by rapid extension of fingers, the speed of which is
video recorded and evaluated
** Brokerage says PepGen's PEPG.O DM1 study bears
watching, adding DM1 is a huge market so there is room for
multiple winners
** Up to last close, DYNE up more than double, PEPG up 7.4%
and RNA down 15.3% in the last 12 months
