Parent Holdings as of Oct. 13, according to an SEC filing
    ** Activist Elliott Investment says it will seek to engage
in dialogue with  ETWO.N  board and management about strategic
opportunities
    ** Bloomberg News also reported that Elliott Investment
Management is proposing to take E2open Parent Holdings private,
citing people familiar with the matter
    ** Shares down 50% YTD
