    ** Company expects FY total revenue in the range of $607 mln
- $617 mln vs estimates of $633 mln compiled by LSEG
    ** ETWO reports 4% decline in Q2 total rev to $152.2 mln,
missing estimates of $154.8 mln
    ** Posts Q2 adj. profit of $0.05 per share, in line with
LSEG estimates  
    ** 5 of 6 brokerages rate the stock "hold" and 1 "sell";
their median PT is $4.30 
    ** Up to last close, stock down ~7.06% YTD
