** Co's Q4 consol profit rose 16.6% Y/Y to 1.52 bln rupees ($17.8 mln)

** Q4 revenue up 17.2% Y/Y, while expenses jumped 19.9%

** Trading vols at 283,064 shares, more than 6x the 30-day average

** Stock set to gain for fourth straight session

** ECLE down ~12% YTD
