    * Says updated plan of buying stake in E-Tron Co.,Ltd, which 
is engaged in computer and peripheral device manufacturing 
business  
    * Says acquired shares amount was amended to 112,262 from 
7.9 million and transaction amount was amended to 35.3 million 
won from 2.48 billion won  
    * Says it will hold 8.9 percent stake(16.0 million shares) 
instead of 13.1 percent stake(23.8 million shares) in E-Tron 
Co.,Ltd, after the transaction
