** Contract provides end-to-end supply chain service of
UroShield for every NHS healthcare organization - Co
** Contract to begin in Oct. 2022, will merge with an
existing contract in Feb. 2024 with optional extension periods

reduce incidence of catheter-associated urinary tract infections
** Including session gains, stock down ~54% YTD
