** Shares of retail trading platform eToro Group ETOR.O rise 8.94% to $38 premarket

** Co posts Q3 adj. profit of 60 cents per share, beating estimates of 56 cents per share, according to data compiled by LSEG

** ETOR reports assets under management grew by 76% to $20.8 billion for the quarter

** Co also announced a share repurchase program of up to $150 million

** As of last close, ETOR stock down 36.93% since U.S. listing in May 2025
