    ** Reports Q1 EPS of $0.78, missing Wall Street estimates of
$1.13
    ** Also reports provision of credit losses on loans of $6.2
mln for quarter compared with net deposits of $2.8 mln, a year
earlier
    ** EGBN shares down 28.5% YTD
