Eagle Eye, a leading SaaS and AI company that creates digital connections enabling personalised, real-time marketing at scale, announces that it has been informed today that Tim Mason, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, has today purchased 16,100 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 230.0 pence per share.

Following this transaction Tim Mason has a beneficial interest of 344,634 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 1.2 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
