Eagle Eye, a leading provider of applied AI for marketing, enabling personalised, real-time engagement at scale, announces that Sir Terry Leahy, Non-Executive Director and his wife, Lady Alison Leahy have transferred certain of their shareholdings to their family trusts. There is no change to the total beneficial holding of Sir Terry and his family, which remains at 2,457,006, representing 8.23% of the existing issued share capital of the Company.
