US supermarket chain selects Eagle Eye
EagleAI selected to drive customer engagement and generate incremental sales
Eagle Eye, a leading SaaS and AI technology company that creates digital
connections enabling personalized, real-time marketing at scale, has signed a
three-year contract with a large regional US grocery supermarket chain
("supermarket chain") for Eagle Eye's AI-powered Personalized Challenges and
Personalized Promotion Ranking solutions. The contract comprises a six-month
proof of concept for a fixed fee across a subset of the grocer's customers,
with the intention of rolling into a three-year SaaS-based contract across the
wider customer base. This would make a material contribution to EagleAI ARR
from H1 FY27, supporting the Board's current expectations.
The supermarket chain operates over 500 stores, principally across nine
states. It will use Eagle Eye's AI-powered solutions to deliver greater
personalization at scale, driving stronger customer engagement and delivering
incremental sales.
This win, following the multi-year contract with a large North American food
retailer announced last month, builds on Eagle Eye's progress in the North
American market and the growing success of its reinvigorated sales
initiatives.
Personalized Challenges uses AI and machine learning to combine
personalisation and gamification to positively impact and reward incremental
customer behaviour. This enables the delivery of highly profitable
personalized campaigns. Personalized Promotion Ranking uses AI to understand
which of a retailer's existing mass promotions is most relevant to each
individual customer to enable more personalised marketing.
