Eagle Eye, a leading SaaS company that creates digital customer connections
enabling personalised, real-time marketing, makes the following disclosures in
relation to Anne de Kerckhove (Non-Executive Chair), pursuant to Rule 17 and
paragraph (g) of Schedule Two of the AIM Rules for Companies.

 

In addition to the directorships in the previous five years which were
disclosed on 15 September 2023, Anne de Kerckhove's was also a director of two
global entities of Kaisa Technologies Ltd (formerly known as Freespee Ltd) -
Freespee AB (France) and Kaisa Technologies AB (Sweden).
