Eagle Eye, a leading provider of applied AI for marketing, enabling
personalised, real-time engagement at scale, announces that it has been
informed today that Cédric Chereau, VP EMEA and Managing Director of EagleAI,
has transferred 188,313 Ordinary Shares in the Company to a new custody
account.

Following this transaction the beneficial interest of Cédric Chereau
(including Ordinary Shares held by persons closely associated with him)
remains unchanged at 200,640 Ordinary Shares representing 0.67% of the issued
Ordinary Share capital of the Company.
