Appointment of Cork Gully as administrators of Eagle Bidco under English law following events of default under its financial agreements

ADMINISTRATORS HAVE NOT BEEN APPOINTED OVER ANY OF EAGLE BIDCO'S SUBSIDIARIES

POSTPONEMENT OF PUBLICATION OF HALF-YEAR FINANCIAL STATEMENTS AS OF DECEMBER 31, 2025

EAGLE BIDCO'S ADMINISTRATION DOES NOT TRIGGER DEFAULT UNDER TERMS OF COMPANY'S MATERIAL CONTRACTS OR UNDER APPLICABLE SPORTS REGULATIONS.

DAY-TO-DAY OPERATIONS OF OL GROUP REMAIN UNAFFECTED.

COMPANY IS CONTINUING TO WORK TOWARD STRENGTHENING ITS FINANCIAL POSITION.

Company will not be able to finalize its interim financial statements by March 31.

Since December 2022, Eagle Football Group has been part of the Eagle Football Holdings Bidco Limited multi-club group, controlled by American businessman John Textor.
