    ** Court ruled co has been subject to criminal contractual
fraud in conjunction with the purchase of 31 power plants in
2014 and awarded damages of 5 mln euros
    ** Stock though still has not erased all losses since April
4, when it fell 40% after the Arbitral Tribunal dismissed EAM's
claims for the annulment of the purchase of power plants
