    * Company and placing agent entered into placing agreement 
    * Aggregate nominal value of maximum number of placing 
shares under placing will be approximately HK$24.6 million 
    * Maximum net proceeds from placing will amount to 
approximately HK$25.1 million 
    * Co agreed to place and placing agent has agreed to procure 
subscriptions for an aggregate of up to 123.2 million placing 
shares 
    * Company intends to use net proceeds from placing for 
repayment of loans 
    * Placing price of HK$0.217 per placing share
