Sept 30 (Reuters) - Siberian Mining Group Co Ltd  1142.HK  
    * Maximum net proceeds from placing will amount to 
approximately HK$26.0 million 
    * Aggregate nominal value of maximum number of placing 
shares under placing will be HK$20.5 million 
    * Placing agent entered into placing agreement 
    * Company intends to use net proceeds from placing for 
repayment of loans and general working capital of group 
    * Placing agent has conditionally agreed to procure 
subscriptions for an aggregate of up to 102.7 million placing 
shares
