 * Company on 5 April 2016 received a letter dated 1 April 2016 from HASS 
   purported to withdraw the hass reports 
 * Says company is taking legal advice on such purported withdrawal of HASS 
   reports 
 * Had not received any indication from HASS or Herman Tso on such purported 
   withdrawal until receipt of HASS's letter
