PARIS, July 17 (Reuters) - The board of French retailer Casino CASP.PA approved on Monday the opening of talks with Czech billionaire Daniel Kretinsky and Fimalac over a 1.2 bln-euro cash injection to shore up its balance sheet, a source close to the matter said.
