Brief: Agreement reached in sale DOCdata's e-commerce business to Ingram Micro

Oct 14(Reuters) - DOCdata NV  DOCD.AS : 
    * Said on Tuesday Docdata and Ingram Micro reach agreement 
on the sale of the e-commerce service company Docdata to Ingram 
Micro 
    * Sale comprises 100 pct of the issued share capital of 
DOCdata Nederland BV and DOCdata International BV 
    * The agreement values the Company at an enterprise value of 
155 million euros ($176.5 million) 
    * DOCdata intends to distribute an amount of 147 million 
euros or 21 euros per share to DOCdata's shareholders through a 
dividend 
    * Ingram Micro will finance the proposed transaction with 
cash from its own available resources  
    * Shareholders representing 63.9 pct of DOCdata's issued 
share capital, have irrevocably undertaken to vote in favour of 
the proposed transaction at the EGM
