1. The Company announcements that the following PDMR has been granted awards under the Restricted Share Plan (“RSP”) on 10 June 2026 as set out below:

subject to AwardGarry Wilson 27,071 RSP Awards are in the form of a nil-cost option, and no monetary consideration were paid for the RSP Awards. The RSP Awards will vest and become exercisable on 12 December 2028 subject to the performance underpins set out in the 2025 Annual Report and Accounts which are available on the Company's website.2. The Company announces that on 11 June 2026 the Company was notified by Equiniti Share Plan Trustees Limited (the "Trustee"), as the Trustee of the easyJet plc Share Incentive Plan (the "Plan"), that on 10 June 2026 it had purchased ordinary shares of 27 2/7 pence each in the Company on behalf of the persons discharging managerial responsibility set out in the table below.

The Plan is an HM Revenue and Customs approved plan under which employees in the UK are able to buy ordinary shares in the Company of 27 2/7 pence each, using deductions from their monthly salary ("Partnership Shares").
