Introduction of a Dividend Reinvestment Plan

The Company confirms that it has introduced a Dividend Reinvestment Plan
(“DRIP”).

This will be provided by Equiniti Financial Services Limited. The DRIP enables
the Company’s shareholders to elect to have their cash dividend payments used
to purchase the Company’s shares.  

The last date for Dividend Reinvestment Plan elections will be 6 March 2026
and invitations to join the DRIP will be sent to eligible shareholders in due
course.
