In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14(2), easyJet announces that, as announced by Premier Foods plc today (9 August 2017), Keith Hamill, a Non-Executive Director of easyJet, will be appointed as a Non-Executive Director of Premier Foods plc with effect from 1 October 2017 (and will subsequently be appointed as Non-Executive Chairman of Premier Foods plc with effect from 9 November).
