The Save As You Earn scheme is an all-employee scheme comprising a three year savings plan available to all employees. The options were granted in 10 June 2011 and matured on 1 August 2014, and were subject to continued employment by the employee. The exercise price of options granted under the scheme in June 2011 was 2.88 per Share.
This notification is made pursuant to the requirements of the Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.2R and 3.1.4R. The Company received notification of these transactions on 1 August 2014.
