Pursuant to Disclosure and Transparency Rules 3.1.4R(1)(a), the Company announces that it received notification on 17 December 2015 that Alita Benson, a director, exercised an option to purchase 2,153 ordinary shares of 27 2/7 pence each in the Company ("Shares") at a price of 4.18 per Share in London, under the Company's Save As You Earn scheme and retained the shares, as set out against her name below:
