The Company announces that on 18 March 2016, the following PDMRs acquired the number of shares (Dividend Shares) set out next to their names in the table below. These acquisitions were made by electing to re-invest the ordinary dividend for the year ended 30 September 2015 (declared by the Company's shareholders at the Company's AGM in February 2016) earned on their existing Share Incentive Plan ('SIP') shares.
