Director/PDMR shareholding
The Company announces that on 22 December 2017, Andrew Findlay, Chief Financial Officer, acquired 113 27 2/7p ordinary shares in the capital of the Company, at a purchase price of 14.35 per share.
The purchases were made pursuant to an arrangement dated 31 January 2017 under which Mr Findlay requested that on the payroll date of each month (or the next dealing day as relevant) the sum of 3,125, less deduction of tax and dealing costs, be applied from his salary to the purchase of ordinary shares at prevailing value (the Arrangement).
The Company also announces that the Arrangement has been terminated as of 22 December so that the purchases which are the subject of this announcement will be the last monthly purchases to be made by Andrew Findlay under the Arrangement.
