The Company announces that it received notification on 10 January 2018 that Peter Duffy, Chief Commercial Officer, exercised 3,269 Performance and 935 Matching Share Awards of ordinary shares of 27 2/7 pence each in the Company ('ordinary shares') granted on 19 December 2014 under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan ('LTIP'). On the same date, he also exercised his award of 3,058 ordinary shares under the Company's Deferred Annual Bonus Plan, also granted on 19 December 2014. 
As a result of these exercises, Peter Duffy subsequently acquired a total of 7,262 ordinary shares and then immediately sold on 10 January 2018, a total of 3,422 ordinary shares at a price of 14.795 per ordinary share in order to meet his personal tax and national insurance contribution liabilities arising from the exercise. The balance of 3,840 shares have been retained by Mr Duffy and held in the name of a person closely associated with him.
The below notification, made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation, gives further detail of the transactions on 10 January 2018.
