Director/PDMR shareholding
The Company announces that on 27 February 2018 Chris Browne, a PDMR of the Company, was granted a "top up" to her existing 2017 award under the Company's relevant Long Term Incentive Plan (LTIP) for a value equivalent to 50% of her base salary.
This additional award will be subject to the 3-year vesting cycle (i.e. 19 December 2020), and the performance conditions detailed in the Group's announcement dated 19 December 2017. Further details relating to the operation of the LTIP can be found within the 2017 Annual report and accounts which are available on the Company's website.
