The Company announces that on 28 September 2018, the following PDMRs as set out in the table below, were granted buy-out arrangements to compensate for long-term incentive awards forfeited from their previous employers. The approach to the buy-out is in line with our policy on buy-out arrangements, the expectations of institutional investors where a buy-out takes place and has been calculated so as to replicate the likely value and time horizons associated with the awards at the previous employer.
The awards will vest, subject to continued employment with the Company on the dates set out below. The shares will not be subject to further performance conditions.
