The Company announces that it received notification on 22 November 2018 that Andrew Findlay, Chief Financial Officer, bought 13,000 Shares at a price of £11.3445 per Share. In addition, Julie Findlay (spouse of Andrew Findlay) sold 9,500 ordinary shares of 27 2/7 pence each in the Company ("Shares") at a price of £11.2932 per Share.
 
As a result of these transactions, Mr Findlay's interest in the Company, and that of his person closely associated, has increased by 3,500 Shares to bring his total beneficial holding in the Company to 33,916 Shares. These transactions took place in London.
 
The below notification, made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation, gives further detail of the transactions which took place on 22 November 2018.
