The Company announces that it received notification on 23 May 2019 that the following Directors have each purchased Ordinary Shares of 27 2/7 pence each in the Company ("Shares").
 
John Barton, Chairman, acquired 11,000 Shares at a price of £9.024 per share. Johan Lundgren, Chief Executive Officer, acquired 20,000 Shares at a price of £9.066 per share.  Andrew Findlay, Chief Financial Officer, acquired 4,500 Shares at a price of £9.050 per share.  All transactions took place on 23 May 2019 in London.
