1. The Company announces  that it received  notification on 2  January 2024  that
Catherine Bradley, Non-Executive Director, acquired 10,000 ordinary shares of  27
2/7 pence each in the Company at a price of £5.07 per share.

 

 2. The Company also  announces the  following transaction by  Garry Wilson,  CEO
    easyJet holidays, as set out below:
