easyJet plc was notified by easyGroup Holdings Ltd, on 4 September 2015, of changes to the concert party shareholding of the Haji-Ioannou family, as follows:
"This is to inform you that the concert party shareholding of the Haji-Ioannou family (representing Stelios, Polys and Clelia) has just crossed the integer of 34% on the way down to a new percentage shareholding of 33.73%.
The current Haji-Ioannou family shareholding now stands at 133,977,772 ordinary shares out of the total issued share capital as at 30th Jan 15"
