Supplement dated 16 August 2022 to the Offering Circular dated 11 February
2022, relating to the update of the Euro Medium Term Note Programme of easyJet
plc and easyJet FinCo B.V., guaranteed by easyJet Airline Company Limited and,
in case of notes issued by easyJet plc, easyJet FinCo B.V. and, in case of
