At  13:30 EDT, the Dow Jones Industrial Average <.DJI >was up 0.59% at 52,518.66.The S&P 500 .SPX was up 0.65% at 7,485.99, and the Nasdaq Composite .IXIC was up 0.87% at 25,341.03.
