a two-week high following an assassination attempt on Republican
presidential candidate Donald Trump
** Trump has presented himself as a champion for
cryptocurrency, although has not offered specifics on his
proposed policy
** The cryptocurrency is set for its third session of gains
and its best day since May 20; last up 4.7%
** Meanwhile, Ether ETH= rises 5.4%
** Crypto exchange Coinbase Global COIN.O rises 5.7%,
while U.S.-listed shares of blockchain farm operator Bitfarms
BITF.O up 8.7%
** Crypto miners: Riot Platforms Inc RIOT.O , Marathon
Digital MARA.O , U.S.-listed shares of Hut 8 HUT.O , and Bit
Digital BTBT.O up between 6%-9%
** Software firm and BTC buyer MicroStrategy MSTR.O gains
9.2%
** ProShares Bitcoin Strategy ETF BITO.P and iShares
Bitcoin ETF IBIT.O climb more than 9% each
